We recognize that endodontic treatment is often unplanned and that it frequently represents a financial hurdle for many patients. Our office staff is committed to helping patients understand their payment options.
What Does your payment cover?
Most patients will present for an evaluation in our office following referral for endodontic treatment. Payment of the evaluation fee is expected at the conclusion of this visit.
We offer three options for endodontic treatment in our office:
- Professional courtesies are given for full payment at the first treatment visit. Our professional courtesies apply when treatment fees are paid in full at the conclusion of your first treatment appointment.
- For treatments requiring more than one appointment, the fee can be divided into two equal payments, with the first payment due at the start of treatment, and the balance due at the following appointment.
- Convenient payments plans are also offered through CareCredit (outlined below).
Our treatment fees cover the cost of high quality materials, treatment time, subsequent treatment appointments, as well as future checkup appointments when our doctors will monitor the ongoing healing process in the treatment area.
We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
Our office participates in CareCredit, a healthcare financing credit program. We offer both 6-month interest-free and 24-month reduced APR financing options. You can apply for the CareCredit program online or in our office. If you elect to apply in our office, please bring two forms of ID, including a government-issued photo ID (e.g. driver's license, passport).
While we are not considered "in network" by most dental insurance companies, we will work with insurers to maximize your benefits. Following payment, our office staff will submit paperwork to your insurance company for you. Your dental insurance company will typically reimburse you directly for covered services.
